WebJan 25, 2024 · The luggage took very long to arrive and at the time we got to the counter number 17 it was already closed. No answer on any of the given phone numbers, no staff, no help anywhere. This experience makes it difficult to trust any prepaid transfers in Teneriffe. Shuttledirect refused to pay any refunds claiming we had not been at the right counter!
