WebDec 13, 2011 · my touch is stuck in the screen with the cord and itunes logo. i plugged it in and i tried resetting and reconnecting but nothing. itunes also doesnt recognize it being plugged in. it recognizes my old nano just fine. it happened after i tried updating it but just went to this. if anyone has any helpful options, im all ears. please help.
