WebPurplebricks are not transparent enough and suggest using their solicitors which is great, however they dont tell you they are 3 times the price and get a referral fee of £656 from the solicitors which is built into the costs. The solicitors then write the costs up as different charges that are not in any other solicitors costs. Funny that!
